The hotel was located just a steps away from the Coliseo Rumiñahui, so it was perfect to stay and assist a concert or any event at that place. The staff was very friendly when we arrived. Buffet breakfast time was until 10am, so it was amazing because we didn't need to wake up too early. The hotel was very clean. They left the restaurant open couple of hours after the concert so we can eat and drink something after it. I loved the pizzas and dessert promo!

The facilities are updated and clean. The staff is kind. The location was perfect since we went to a concert at the theater down the street and were able to walk. The double room was spacious and met our needs. The buffet breakfast was good.

Wasn't bad, but they serve what they call American breakfast on those days that they have no buffet service. They don't ask what you want. They said, if you eat fruits from Buffett they will charge additional.
